On Saturday, May 14th, Pitman Creek Homeowners Association will hold our Annual General Business Meeting at 10:00 a.m. in Hackberry Park (west side of Pitman Creek North). Free coffee and breakfast refreshments will be available.
Our guest speaker will be a representative of the Plano Fire Department who will give a short presentation on fire safety and paramedic response – how you can help make yourself and your neighborhood safer – with a short Q&A afterwards.
After the presentation, the PCNHA Board will discuss HOA general business, budgetary needs/expenditures, and neighborhood interests. We look forward to hearing your thoughts, interests and concerns about Pitman Creek North – this is your opportunity to come and have a voice!
Remember, the 2022 PCNHA Membership Drive is now in full swing! Membership in PCNHA is only $50 a year which helps us keep our neighborhood looking its best (and also keeps your property value up)! These membership dues cover landscaping, repairs, as well as the cost of social events and seasonal decorations for Pitman Creek North.
