It’s October and time for our annual Halloween table decorating contest!! A few things to note that are different this year: we will be judging tables via email submission! That way you can take as many photos/videos of your table/yard decor whether it looks best in daylight or night time and we will judge from the submissions.

The PCNHA held the Summer Kick Off Party on Saturday, May 18, 2024 from 12:00-2:00 pm at Hackberry Park (west side of Pitman Creek North). A free event for all PCN families residents, the HOA provided free food from both the Blaze N Good Food Truck and Frios Pops Truck. It was a beautiful day and we had great attendance. …

We have a winner of our Holiday “Yard-of-the-Month” Contest – 1601 Sacramento Terrace! Judges toured the PCN neighborhood the evening of Monday, December 18th, and, after hard deliberations, came up with a final winner! The YOM winner received a $25 gift card and is displaying a congratulatory winner sign in their yard during the holiday season.
