If you are new to our neighborhood, welcome to Pitman Creek North!
We are so glad to have you as our new neighbor! Established in the early 1980s, with the finished buildout in 1985, Pitman Creek North subdivision is comprised of 491 residences, encompassing the area from 15th Street to Park Blvd. and Columbia Drive to Rio Grande Place.
Our voluntary HOA – Pitman Creek North Homeowners Association, Inc. (PCNHA) – was formed to assure the continued beauty, safety, and stability of the area and to promote pride and communication among the residential homes. The HOA assists in maintaining a residential character, property value appreciation, safeguarding of property rights, promotion of social activities, as well as maintaining the City of Plano’s 8 public gardens/signage located within the neighborhood.
Besides adding to the quality of life for the residents of Pitman Creek North, a strong and active voluntary homeowners’ association helps to ensure an awareness of issues which may affect our property values and safety. The HOA Voluntary Membership Form allows us to collect information and voluntary membership dues which help support our neighborhood activities, electrical bills, landscaping costs and assures you a proud HOA support sign for your yard. We hope you will join us in keeping Pitman Creek North one of the very best neighborhoods in Plano.
The PCNHA maintains the www.pcnha.org website as well as social media:

PCNHA NextDoor
We also have both spring and fall activities for the neighborhood – held at Hackberry Park on the west side of the neighborhood – which are FREE and are a great opportunity to meet your neighbors. Look for signs posted within the neighborhood as well as emails announcing the events.
We do ask for you to share your email address so we may send you information, announcements, crime alerts, etc. We will NEVER share your email with anyone so be assured, we will use it only to help keep you informed.
Again, welcome to the neighborhood – we can’t wait to meet your personally!
