I would like to cordially invite all Pitman Creek North residents to come out to the Pitman Creek North Homeowners Association Annual General Meeting which will be held on May 6th, beginning at 7:00 p.m., at Highland Oaks Church of Christ (next to Hackberry Park).
This past year (2013-2014) was a very productive fiscal year for your homeowners’ association – we broke a membership record! Your voluntary dues payments made it all possible and I thank you. The Membership committee has a special “something” to show to our residents and vote on as a reward to all members of PCNHA. We also had a productive year with some real “giving” volunteers helping out our community.
This year’s guest speaker at the meeting is an expert from City of Plano Recycling. Once and for all, we can learn which items can be recycled and which to throw in the trash.
On June 1, 2014, a new operating year begins for our neighborhood. Your $45 contribution for 2014-2015 goes a long way in keeping our neighborhood well-maintained and beautiful. It pays for installation of new flowers and shrubs, repair and replacement of outdated irrigation systems (as needed), as well as cutting the grass, watering the trees, flowers and shrubs, and lighting at all our neighborhood entrances, medians and traffic circles; the contribution is also spent on funding our PCNHA newsletters/flyers, website service and social events.
The last item of business for the Annual General Meeting will be election of leaders for the 2014-2015 operating year. A BIG THANKS goes out to all of those who helped our Pitman Creek North subdivision with their service during this past year.
Looking forward to seeing everyone at the meeting – come and bring your neighbors!
Dave Nichols, President
Pitman Creek North Homeowners Association
