On Tuesday, May 2nd, Pitman Creek Homeowners Association will hold our Annual General Business Meeting at 7:00 p.m. in the St. Mark Parish Center, McGivney Hall, 1105 W. 15th (east entrance of the Parish Center facing Alma Drive, next door to Prosperity Bank; McGivney Hall is directly to your right as you enter the building).
Free coffee, water and refreshments will be available.
The PCNHA Board will discuss the recent HOA survey results, general business, budgetary needs/expenditures, and neighborhood interests. We look forward to hearing your thoughts, interests and concerns about Pitman Creek North – this is your opportunity to come and have a voice!
Remember, the 2023 PCNHA Membership Drive is now in full swing! Membership in PCNHA is only $50 a year which helps us keep our neighborhood looking its best (and also keeps your property value up)! These membership dues cover landscaping, repairs, as well as the cost of social events and seasonal decorations for Pitman Creek North.
